This card is a from a class I recently taught at a local crop. I used 2 new stamp sets: C1581 Inspiration Flourishes and C1574 Believe in Yourself. The paper is CTMH's wonderful Kraft Paper and the beautiful Skylark Paper Pack. I always try to teach some kind of technique. I used 3 different colors of brown ink to stamp the background. I tested several colors of ink on CTMH's Kraft Card Stock before choosing Bamboo, Desert Sand, and Cocoa. By stamping in 3 different hues of brown, you get the appearance of depth. The lightest color looks farthest away and the darkest color looks nearest. I decided to use this same technique on the next card.

This cute shirt card can be cut using the CTMH Artiste Cricut Cartridge.

I cut the shirt card from page 75 using gorgeous new paper from Timberline Paper Pack at 3.5 inches. As you can, it cuts the shirt shape to form a card but I wanted to use the shirt shape on the front of my card, so I cut it in half and was able to make 2 cards.

I really did not like the patterned paper on the back when I folded the collar down, so, I cut the collar off and glued it down so that the collar matches the rest of the shirt.

I cut the tie (3.5")and pocket (4")out of Goldrush cardstock still using page 75 of the Artiste Cartridge.

I stamped the background using 2 ink colors Desert Sand and Chocolate. The stamp set is one of my favorites C1571 Your the Best.

The saw diagram image really looks like it is in front of the hand screw image.

I use CTMH foam tape to pop up the shirt, tie, pocket, and banner sentiment. To make the banner look more wavy, I used 2 layers of foam on the ends and one layer in the middle. This also lifts the sentiment up over the shirt to make it the same height as the tie and pocket for balance.

I finished the card off with a Triangle Stud and Woodgrain Washi Tape.
