Pop-Up Card/ Artfully Sent CTMH Cricut Cartridge/ Bird Cage Pop-up Card

I love making pop-up cards and now with CTMH's Artfully Sent Cricut cartridge, it is so fast and easy to make them. I cut all of the main images using the 'E' key except the mat for the Thinking of You came from page 40 (Icon, shift) and the butterfly is from Art Philosophy. I also used the contour feature to cut out a solid bird cage in Lagoon.

 

Using Blossom paper for the outside of the card, not much else is need to make to decorate the front of the card. A piece of Pear card stock was run through the Cuttle Bug. The Smile sentiment was cut from key '4', Icon and Icon shift. More butterflies from Art Philosophy.

Bird Cage Card / Artfully Sent / CTMH / 'E' Key

I will be posting cards this week cut from the 'e' key on the Artfully Sent CTMH Cricut cartridge. The theme of the cards on this key are birdcage related. The card design was inspired by Lalia Harris. I used Blossom paper to high light the cage and cut the liner out of lagoon, backing the bird with smoothie. I cut the liner a little bit bigger so that it would be easier to adhere it to the cut outs of the cage. The flower and leaves were cut from CTMH's Art Philosophy Cricut cartridge.

 

I cut the liner out twice and sandwiched a piece of Smoothie between them to high light the bird.
